We want you to love every Glam Organica product. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Send the package to our returns center using the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
We're happy to exchange products for a different size, variant, or alternative product. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a return and indicate that you'd like an exchange instead. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send you a secure payment link for the additional amount.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.
